How’s the Strategic Technology Institute,(www.sti-inc.com) company?
I have heard its worst company for ladies because they won’t provide much safety for them after working till late 12 am.Is it true?
Please help me,i am planing to join that company.
You are absolutely right.My sister is working there and also one of my friend.That company is the worst.That company will take the triple from you compared to what you are getting.
The worst thing is that they will give you new assignment after 6 pm and will tell to complete it in the same day so that you will need to stay there at least around 12 o’clock mid night.
After all these they will say they can provide cab only to the nearest point of home which may be 2-3 km away from your home.This usually happens with most of sti software eng’s(especially ladies).My friend says most of the girls joined there is resigning after a month.They are having a poor culture & management.
So never join such a waste company, Strategic Technology Institute.
