What is the difference between a station and a rework Desoldering Hot Air?
Does anyone know what the differences are the major? I want to be able to replace the welded parts on a printed circuit mainly thanks. Which is better?
Hot air rework stations are mainly used in surface mount applications where the pin is too small to use a standard soldering iron. For applications through the hole, always used an iron bar, either with a desoldering pump or solder wick.
